Aidan joined Bostonair Group in August 2014 as an Administration Apprentice in the recruitment team however within a year was moved into the Technical Training team as Online Training Coordinator. Aidan now has 10 years of experience in the Aviation Online Training industry and took up the position of Online Training Manager in May 2024.
Amy has joined the team as Head of Compliance Services, covering scalable aviation auditing needs through a worldwide network. Amy joins with 24 years of aviation industry experience, most recently having worked at the UK CAA dealing with Dangerous Goods, Safety Management Systems, Flight Operations, Spaceflight and future innovation.
Josh is head of Operational delivery & performance, covering projects across all Group services including Line Maintenance, Recruitment and Consultancy Services. He originally joined Bostonair as an Account Manager in 2019. He graduated with a degree in Law in 2015 and has worked in Recruitment for almost 10 years in total, with 5 years in Aviation.
Lauryn joined Bostonair in May 2018 when she started as an Administrative Apprentice in the Aviation department. With hard work and dedication, Lauryn has worked from strength to strength securing herself a position in the Line Maintenance Quality department early on in her administrative career before working her way to becoming an Aviation auditor for the Part 145 and Part 147 sectors of the business. In September 2023, Lauryn was promoted to the Part 145/147 Auditor and QSHE Manager for the Aviation and Norwood House divisions and is now working against EASA, UK CAA, Turkish SHY, NEBOSH, IOSH and ISO Auditor requirements.
Aaron began his journey with Bostonair in 2013, initially joining the payroll team. In 2014, he progressed to the position of Payroll Manager, becoming a Chartered Member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals and completing a foundation degree in Payroll Management. In 2021, Aaron transitioned to Group HR Manager.
Sven joined Bostonair in May 2022 as General Manager of Bostonair GmbH. After his A-levels he joined the German Air Force for 5 years, graduating from the German Air Force Academy and is currently Reserve Captain. He spent the last 23 years within the Inflight Services department at United Airlines fulfilling numerous Management and Supervisory roles, both being based in Chicago, USA and in Frankfurt, Germany. Sven also has an Instructor Aptitude Certification from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Frankfurt, Germany.
