Our apprenticeship programmes are designed for individuals looking to take their first step into a new career, whether entering the world of work or changing direction.
Based at our UK Headquarters in Beverley, East Yorkshire, our apprentices gain practical experience in a real business environment while working towards recognised qualifications and developing valuable workplace skills.
You will have the opportunity to support key teams, work with important documentation, manage communications and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a global aviation services group.
Build strong business and office skills while supporting key documentation, communications and coordination across teams such as Recruitment, Training and Technical Services.
Gain hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced role, supporting campaigns, social media, content creation and internal communications.
Develop practical finance experience in a real commercial environment, supporting areas such as invoicing, payroll and financial reporting.

I’d always wanted to start a career in digital marketing and design, but at 24 I didn’t want to commit to a long university course. I wanted a route where I could learn, gain a recognised qualification and build real experience at the same time.
Bostonair were keen to get me on board and embedded into the business quickly. Everyone was unbelievably welcoming and genuinely committed to helping me progress.
Within only a few months, I had learnt so much through both the course and the practical experience of applying that knowledge in a real business. The role also gave me opportunities to develop further, work on new projects and travel, which helped build my confidence and experience.
Since completing my apprenticeship, I have continued to grow with Bostonair and have now progressed into the role of Group Marketing Manager. It has also been rewarding to pass on my knowledge to our own marketing apprentice, who has since progressed within the business too.
