Celebrating Imogen’s Internship Success at Bostonair

Today marks the end of a successful 12-week internship for Imogen at Bostonair Group.

During the first 10 weeks of her internship, Imogen joined our Recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer, where she gained hands-on experience supporting our consultants with the recruitment process. Her responsibilities included speaking with candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, matching candidates to vacancies, sending CVs to clients, and even successfully placing a range of aviation professionals into roles across the industry.

To broaden her understanding of the business, Imogen spent the final two weeks of her internship with our Finance team. During this time, she gained valuable insight into the financial and operational processes that support the wider organisation, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of how different departments work together to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Reflecting on her internship, Imogen said:

“Throughout my internship at Bostonair, I have gained valuable practical experience and developed a deeper understanding of the company’s operations. The guidance and support I received from colleagues from the outset enabled me to build my practical sales and communication skills during my time with the Recruitment team. My time with the Finance team further developed my understanding of the wider business, providing insight into essential processes such as invoicing, payroll, financial planning, and the operational activities that support the organisation.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity this internship has provided to enhance my knowledge, strengthen my communication skills, and gain a greater understanding of both the professional workplace and the aviation industry. It has been an invaluable learning experience that has supported my personal and professional development.”

It has been a pleasure to have Imogen as part of the Bostonair team over the past 12 weeks. Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude have made her a valued member of both the Recruitment and Finance teams.
