These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual requirements relating to training provided by Bostonair Technical Training Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘BTTL’), or by a third-party supplier acting on our behalf, and the customer (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’, the ‘buyer’ or the ‘client’).
1. All courses will be delivered online via the BTTL Learning Management Systems (LMS), unless otherwise stated.
2. PDF certificates will be issued by BTTL to students who successfully complete the course. Hard copy certificates may be provided for an agreed additional charge.
3. All courses will be delivered in English unless otherwise stated.
4. Access to online courses will remain valid for a maximum period of 90 days. Access will be terminated once this 90-day period has expired, regardless of whether the training has been completed.
5. Students will be permitted up to three attempts to complete the final examination(s) for each course. Any additional attempts will be charged at an agreed rate.
6. Courses purchased but not completed by the Client are non-refundable and non transferable, following the 30-day ‘cooling-off’ period.
7. The customer shall not permit access to course login details by any third-party without prior written approval by BTTL.
8.1 Bostonair reviews aviation training courses regularly to ensure that content aligns with the latest regulatory requirements, including EASA, CAA, Part-145 AMC & GM, Part-147 or other relevant standards.
8.2 Despite these efforts, it remains your responsibility (or that of your employer/organisation) to ensure that any course completed, certificate obtained or training material used is accepted by the relevant authority, regulator or employer.
8.3 Bostonair is not liable for any consequence arising from a training course or certificate not being accepted by a third-party organisation.
9.1 Access to Bostonair e-learning courses is typically provided shortly after confirmed payment and cleared funds are received.
9.2 While e-learning access is designed to be almost instantaneous, occasional delays may occur due to technical or administrative reasons.

10.1 Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access, you are not entitled to cancel your purchase once course delivery has commenced.
10.2 This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
