DesktopDesigned in accordance with EASA and UK CAA regulatory guidance, including ORO.FC.115 Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training and AMC1 ORO.FC.115, the course explores the principles of human factors, situational awareness, leadership, communication, workload management, and Threat and Error Management (TEM). Through interactive learning and operationally focused examples, participants will develop the skills needed to work effectively both individually and as part of a wider operational team.
The course is delivered fully online and is suitable for both initial awareness and recurrent CRM training within approved aviation training programmes.

1. Most courses take around 2-4hrs to complete, with regulatory courses (Part 145, Part M and Part CAMO) taking around 6-8hrs to complete. However, the online courses are self-led, and are therefore taken at the pace of the student and are accessible 24/7. The courses can be pauses and resumed as many times as necessary.
