This online Aviation Crew Resource Management (CRM) course provides aviation professionals with the knowledge and practical understanding required to improve human performance, minimise operational risk, and enhance safety culture across all areas of aviation operations.

Designed in accordance with EASA and UK CAA regulatory guidance, including ORO.FC.115 Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training and AMC1 ORO.FC.115, the course explores the principles of human factors, situational awareness, leadership, communication, workload management, and Threat and Error Management (TEM). Through interactive learning and operationally focused examples, participants will develop the skills needed to work effectively both individually and as part of a wider operational team.
The course is delivered fully online and is suitable for both initial awareness and recurrent CRM training within approved aviation training programmes.
