View Latest VacanciesAlthough exact responsibilities will vary depending on the individual role, our B737NG and B737Max licensed engineers will all be part of a team responsible for conducting the inspection, maintenance, and repair of Boeing 737NG and Boeing B737Max aircraft fleets.
Day to day tasks will include carrying out checks on B737 aircraft in accordance with EASA and CAA regulatory standards, in order to ensure the safety and airworthiness of all aircraft. This includes the identification and troubleshooting of any issues identified, alongside carrying out essential maintenance alongside other licensed and unlicensed engineers within the team.
The role of a B737NG and B737Max licensed aircraft engineer is crucial for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of Boeing 737NG and Boeing B737 Max aircraft. Most advertised B737NG and B737Max licensed engineer positions will require applicants to have maintenance recency on the B737NG and B737Max, generally within the past 2 years. Human Factors, EWIS & Fuel Tank Safety certification is a typical compulsory requirement across most advertised B737NG and B737Max roles.
Depending on the exact position B1, B2, or B1/B2 licensing will be necessary. Our vacancies often span a range of experience levels, with some open to entry level engineers and including on the job training. Many roles will require work across the B377Max and other aircraft types, and if the case this will be clearly stated within the job specifications.
For roles in Germany applicants will generally need a valid EU Passport and German Security Clearance (ZUP), with similar clearance requirements necessary for roles advertised elsewhere in mainland Europe. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential across all advertised roles.
