Bostonair are actively looking to recruit B1, B2 and Cat A Licensed Engineers for work across various locations within the UK, Germany and Europe, with opporunities available for those with and without type rating experience. Vacancies are regularly available for those with a range of experience on specific aircraft types, including but not exclusive to the Boeing B737NG, B737MAX, B747, B757, B767, B777, B787, and Airbus A320 CEO, Airbus 320 NEO, A330, A340, A350, A380, Embraer-170, Embraer 190.

Working as a Licensed Engineer

As as a Licensed Engineer with Bostonair, you’ll be qualified to and responsible for ensuring the day to day maintenance, repair, and certification of aircraft, and may be required to work across specific aircraft types that you are type rated in.  As a B1 Engineer, you’ll specialise assessing the mechanical and structural systems essential in aircraft, and as a B2 Engineer you’ll have the knowledge necessary to ensure that avionics across your assigned aircraft types are working correctly. Cat A Engineers and mechanics are required with a range of specialisms, with some roles providing the opportunitiy for Category B training.
