Description:

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Bostonair Limited team in Frankfurt, Germany, on a permanent basis.

The Account manager is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle at Bostonair Limited, which includes sourcing and onboarding new members of staff into our maintenance stations across Germany. In addition, you will support on HSE matters. You will also support the development of our company relationship with the FRA Airport community and Fraport.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Active involvement in internal recruitment and selection processes at Bostonair Limited.
  • Supporting the Bostonair Recruitment function with on-site FRA matters impacting customers and employees engaged in ANU contracts.
  • Staff Induction with Support from the Maintenance & Recruitment team in Frankfurt
  • Providing direct input as a key stakeholder in the development of retention strategies to ensure Bostonair retains key talent.
  • Point of contact for the Frankfurt BADV contract, coordinating and arranging staff medical examinations
  • Supporting and managing HSE matters in Frankfurt, liaising closely with the senior management team.
  • Overseeing Bostonair’s properties in Frankfurt, including arranging engineers’ accommodation, coordinating cleaning services, liaising between cleaners and engineers, and supporting any required repairs to apartments and equipment.
  • Coordinating accommodation arrangements for FRA145 and other locations as required.
  • Main point of contact for Fraport ZUP/badge and apron driving course applications and renewals.
  • Supporting FRA airport contracts, including personnel parking, cleaning services, and other airport-related provisions in Frankfurt.
  • Coordinating new starter set-up in FRA, including managing onboarding checklist items (and other locations as required).
  • Overseeing web-based expense control for FRA145 (and other locations as required).

Minimum Previous experience:

  • Proven experience working in Germany, with a strong understanding of German employment law
  • Demonstrated experience within a recruitment, talent, or people function in Germany
  • Valid ZUP certification is required

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Strong Abitur results or a high school diploma from a technical school or recognised training academy

Desired Educational Qualifications:

  • Recognised qualifications in Recruitment or People Management
  • HSE qualifications and/or relevant experience within Germany

  • FRA Station Manager – for Frankfurt station responsibilities
