Description:

Bostonair Group have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Business Administration Apprentice for our Aviation Training Department.

Bostonair Group provides Aviation Recruitment, Line Maintenance and Technical Training Services to the aviation industry across the world, with offices in the UK and Germany. We pride ourselves on providing a quality, reliable, safe and fair service to all.

The Training Department operates online and in the classroom, providing industry approved courses in support of our internal business activities and to external clients worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls.
• Responding to daily customer emails and enquiries including order processing.
• Issuing reports/invoices to clients on request.
• Maintenance of training records to industry standards.
• Certificate production for corporate clients worldwide.
• Supporting internal departments with arranging and managing training activities.
• Assisting with online course design and updates on our online Learner Management System
• Supporting the Training & Examination Managers with upkeep of course records.
• Logistical support for Training (Arranging flights, accommodation, etc.)
• General office duties (printing, binding)

Reports to:

• Training Manager/Deputy Training Manager

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• GCSE Maths & English to Level 5/6

Desired Educational Qualifications:

• Any I.T or language qualifications a bonus but not essential

Minimum Previous Experience:
• None, though experience of working in an office environment an advantage

Other Skills:

• Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Willing to work hard to gain achievement.
• Ability to manage own time and workflow.
• Ability to travel to work at our Beverley office, every day
