We know having an aircraft unexpectedly grounded can be frustrating and very costly, but our team provide a rapid response and works as efficiently as possible to fix the issue and help you get the aircraft back in the air.
Our suitably equipped, highly experienced team, with certification capability, can conduct AOG response services on multiple commercial aircraft types.
Our team can be contacted both in Germany and the UK ,with emails also being monitored 24/7, for worldwide care.
We can confirm the team’s availability / support within 15-20 minutes. As soon as we confirm availability, we will mobilise and do whatever it takes to get there as quickly as possible. Teams will begin work immediately upon arrival or as soon as is practical.
Teams will be dispatched upon the issue of a P.O/S.O or a signed return of charge rate sheet.

We understand the importance of keeping customers updated frequently, and so we will do this along with giving task completion estimates when and as soon as possible so that you can plan for RTS.
Based at Heathrow and Frankfurt airports, this enables a rapid response with the help of our 24/7 travel co-ordinator.
We bring all tooling, equipment and consumables required for the job with us, we have worked on most commercial aircraft types many times so we know what is needed. (This is specific to Fuel Tank and Structure Repairs only)
