From beginning her career straight out of school at Monarch Airlines, Julie Fierro rapidly advanced through the company. After project managing a £4 million project, Julie became the company’s Operations Business Improvement Manager – until the airline closed down in October 2017, she commented

Julie engaged in Aviation Consultancy when Monarch closed down, taking full advantage of the many opportunities and experiences she’d acquired throughout her career. Now, specialising in software systems, programme/project management, fatigue risk management, human factors, auditing, risk and impact analysis, resources and budgets, Julie is keen for more airlines to utilise these skills to make a real difference to their businesses.
