Bostonair Technical Training have recently received approval to provide synchronous distance learning type training courses. The theory element of these courses will be delivered by one of our approved instructors via ZOOM.
Usual 147 regulations regards course hours, duration and attendance minimums will apply. To participate, a web connected computer with microphone, camera and a stable internet connection will be required to allow for interaction and questions with the Instructor.
As per the recent rules outlined in the AMC, Theory examinations and the Practical course will be held in a physical location when Covid-19 restrictions allow. The plan for this is to hold the exams over 2-3 days (recaps and examinations) followed immediately by the Practical(s). This will save on travel and accommodation cost for all participants. We plan to confirm a date for these as soon as we can. It is likely that this will not be until later this summer but we hope to have at least two sets of dates to allow for any issues with attending one or the other.
