An introduction to Human Factors; exploring the implications of error, organisational safety culture, procedures, safety policy, human limitations and methods of communication in the aviation work place. Human Factors is a mandatory requirement for all EASA and UK CAA Part 145 approved organisations as outlined in 145.A.30 (e) National Authorities 10 Part Programme.

As part of Annex II to ED Decision 2022/011/R the requirements of EASA.145.A.30 (e) for Human Factors Initial has changed to SAFETY TRAINING (INCLUDING HUMAN FACTORS). This can be done in separate courses (Human Factors and Safety Management Systems) or in our combined course INITIAL SAFETY INCLUDING HUMAN FACTORS (GM1 CAMO.A.305(G) & GM1 145.A.30(E))
